Know How to Train For Top Marksmanship in CS: GO

CS: GO ranks, otherwise known as the CsG community ranking system, is a very interesting way of tracking your skill level throughout your entire game. If you are just starting out or if you have been playing a bit but are not very competitive, these rankings are definitely going to be of some help to you. But what exactly does it entail? And how accurate are they?

First, let's explain how CS: GO ranks work. CS: GO is an online multiplayer first person shooter game where you are supposed to create a character and then go head-to-head against other online players in order to "kill" them. Your character is called a "Scout" and is completely unarmed. Every round you are given a certain amount of time to get to your opponents' base and "kill" them, or "defend" them from being killed by your opponent - unless you get spotted by the enemy and are then immediately killed.

If you are playing in a team, your job is to "help" your teammates defend their base, kill the enemy and then return to the "safe" territory. The "respawn" button is normally used to "restart" the round (with a countdown) if your team members fall victim to deathmatch or forfeit the match. The only way to play deathmatch without "respawning" is to go for a last man standing, which is considered a suicide role. Last man standing is risky because other team members can easily kill you quickly if you are positioned incorrectly. Hence, it is important that you learn how to properly play and control your own fate in CS: GO.

While playing for fun or in counter-strike tournaments, you will generally receive help from your teammates. However, playing purely for your self-interest can lead to an early death. Good aim skills are very important in order to play well in most situations. As a tip, try learning how to aim before you start to learn how to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

The CS: GO Ranking System is based on your performance throughout the season. Your performance is divided into three tiers - bronze, silver and gold. Placing high enough in any of the three rankings will earn you a place in the top players list. In order to earn points and get to the top players list, your overall score must be higher than the average score of your peers. Some of the factors included in the ranking system : total kills, headshots, kills per round (KPR), number of kills with a knife, time played and most winning rounds.

cs: go ranks determine the player's ability to be a global elite. The ranks give you the power to compete with other online players and prove that you are the best. The best players do not necessarily earn the highest amounts of money or any rewards. But they all prove that they are the best, period. Click here for more details about cs:go ranks
